Does High Tops LLC plumb sinks back in after an installation?
No. High Tops LLC does not offer any plumbing services. We will safely disconnect your old sink in order to replace the countertops and ensure the sink fits within the cutout, but we WILL NOT reattach your sink to the countertop or plumb it back in. We are not certified plumbers and do not claim to be.
What does your ordering process look like?
If you have already sent us your cabinet layout, we will guide you through picking out the color, finish, and edge profile that best suits you. Once the three decisions have been made an invoice will be sent with your new requests. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit on all orders unless special circumstances arise. Once a deposit is made, materials will be ordered, please allow 3-4 weeks on all Formica products and 8-10 weeks on all Wilsonart products. A measure will need to be scheduled if you do not have a cabinet layout.
Where can I go to browse laminate colors?
While we don’t offer any online browsing options at the moment, we would love to have you in our showroom. Come visit us at 1752 N Deffer Dr., Nixa, MO 65714! Does High Tops LLC offer granite, marble, quartz, or solid surface countertops?
No. High Tops LLC does not offer any of those options. We deal primarily in custom and post-form laminate countertops, but we also offer products in Thinscape and Butcher block upon request.
Will I be charged for any of the estimates I request?
High Tops LLC offers FREE ESTIMATES and will not tack on any charges later on for the number of estimates you request or how many times you contacted. We want to give you the best idea possible of what your project is going to cost and we understand that variables are always changing. Don’t hesitate to give us another call!
Does High Tops LLC offer to do tile backsplashes?
No. High Tops LLC does not offer any tiling services. We will install countertops under existing tile backsplashes if possible, but we always recommend a professional come and install the tile backsplash after the countertops are installed.
